Moves the selected menu entry up one position or down one position in the menu when you click an arrow button.
[PO-fuzzy@shared\01.po] 矢印ボタンを押すと、選択したメニュー項目が、メニュー内で 1 つ上または 1 つ下に移動します。(par_idN1055C.)
